Our bakery and pâtisserie bring the craft of a traditional French boulangerie to downtown Alpharetta, with everything prepared in-house daily by hand, using time-honored techniques and carefully sourced ingredients.

We bake fresh breads every day for both our guests and ourrestaurant kitchen: traditional baguettes, country loaves, rustic sourdoughs, seasonal specialties, and many others. Perfect for breakfast, lunch, or bringing home for dinner. Because great bread belongs at every table.

Every morning begins with laminated dough folded, rested, and shaped by hand — a slow process that creates the delicate layers and crisp, buttery texture that define true French viennoiserie. Croissants, pain au chocolat, almond or pistachio croissants, brioche specialties, and seasonal morning pastries.

Our bakery and pâtisserie are led by head Baker Romain Cloute Cazalaa, and Pastry Chef Mathieu Garcia, both graduates of the prestigious Compagnons du Devoir in France: a centuries-old guild devoted to preserving and passing down the highest standards of French craftsmanship.
 
Their training is rooted in discipline, precision, and respect for tradition, from laminating croissant dough at dawn to finishing delicate pastries all by hand.

At OneDay in Paris, they bring that culture of excellence to Alpharetta every day, creating breads and desserts that are authentic, meticulous, and unmistakably French.

Our coffee

We proudly serve Salvadorian coffee sourced for its balance and character, then roasted locally by our coffee expert Andres to bring out its full depth and aroma. Available to enjoy in the café or purchase online and at our bakery, it’s the same coffee we brew daily, crafted for both morning ritual and home enjoyment.
